Erica Bauer

Administrator/Director of Nursing

Erica has been in the medical field for over 20 years. She started working as a CNA, while working towards becoming a Registered Nurse. She attended Salt Lake Community College and graduated cum laude with her nursing degree in 2004. Her nursing experience consists of inpatient hospital care with medical, surgical, telemetry, and intensive care units. Her post acute care includes on-call nursing, home health and hospice case management.Erica has been a Director of Nursing for over 6 years and has been working with Atlas Homecare and Hospice since 2016. Erica is currently the Administrator / Director of Nursing for Atlas Homecare and Hospice. Erica loves being a wife, and mom to her 3 kids. When not working she enjoys camping, riding 4 wheelers, reading books, and spending time with her family.

Josh Clark

Director of Marketing

Josh has been working in the HomeHealth and Hospice industry since 2007 in marketing and administration. He has a bachelors degree from Weber State University in Sales and Marketing. With his many years in the industry he has established a lot of great relationships in the community.Josh loves to meet with families to help them better understand the healthcare industry and how Home Care and Hospice can give the care and assistance they need for their loved ones.Josh loves spending time with his family! Especially the outdoors in places like Moab and St George!

Melanie Jeppsen

Assistant Director of Nursing

Melanie is the Assistant Director of Nursing over Hospice care and is the CNA supervisor. Melanie has been a nurse for over 11 years. She started working in healthcare as a CNA and worked her way to receiving her Nursing license from Weber State University, graduating with honors. She then went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Western Governors University.Melanie has experience working with many different nursing fields including Medical/Surgical, Intermediate Care, NICU, OR, PACU, Home Health, and Hospice. She has worked with Atlas since 2015. Melanie enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children. They love to explore in the mountains, hike, and to relax on a beach. Melanie loves to travel, read, watch movies, and bake with her spare time.
